when i try to extract file 1 i get a message saying insert disc 0 of 0 into drive C: and when i click ok nothing happens and when i click cancel it stops extracting i don't know what to do any suggestions please

Make sure all the filenames are correct. Sometimes when you download, Windows change their extension, or even their name, so WinRAR can't get the files together. You must save them all in the same folder, and if necessary, rename them so that all of them will have the same name.

you're not doing anything wrong... the links are two years old... they don't last forever... you can't just reannounce them... they have to be uploaded again.
