Since a long time I hadn't read the book or listened to the cd's but today I was listening to the 10 cd solo box from Freddie and while reading the book I saw something interesting; apparentely there are recordings from The Hectics but the quality was so poor that it has been decided to not put them in the box.

Does anybody know something more about these recordings?
I can't access it right now for some reason, but I remember seeing a blurb about it on Queenconcerts.com (from memory, I think they played an Elvis Presley song or something).
Didn't they sing Dumb dumb and Diana from Paul Anka?this are the ones I think I've listened to.
Heap big woman you made an asshole outta me....gimme your bums and ride!!!!!!
Gak! they played only like 30 miles away from where I played (not that I was even born then)

I refuse to believe this. Poor quality doesn't seem to stop Robbie Williams.
Lol Very good point :D But I think they meant the sound quality..
Not those are losers who fall, but those who don't stand up.
Poor quality plus the fact that Freddie wasn't the main singer, was he? I'm not sure if Freddie sang lead for that band, I'm sure some of you less ignorant people in matters of Queen know.
Freddie played piano
