i need some help =(

heres the story

last thursday nite i told my best mate (a girl mate) i love her, like fully in love here ppl, then on friday mornin we went to newcastle with soem friends to watch the newcastle team do some training, we went into town, ppl started gettin angry and upset cos one of our friends brought her lil brother who is a lil shit and wudnt listen to anyone, so we start bak to the station, the lil shit is runnin ahed, no one else botherin with him, so i chase him and get hold of him, so tryin to keep hold of him and stay with everyone else is difficult, so difficult infact i lose everyone else, so im pissed off the fact this lil shit isnt listenin to me and very upset cos iv lost everyone,...
then my fone rings, one of my friends giving me a gobful cos i "ran off with the lil shit", ok so im really upset now, get to station, no one talks, i dont talk, get home, and i talk to one of my friends who went with us
note-im 18, the friend i love is 18, the rest of the friends (mostly hers) are 14,
so im annyoed my 18yr old friend didnt help, so i sed she sometimes acts like a 14yr old, this then gets to her, who now isnt speakin to me and neither is anyone else cos i "slagged them off behind there bak", so im cryin here on tuesday cos i tried puttin things rite, no one is talkin, infact not even noticin im there, so i go home, crying my eyes out, and so i sent a txt saying "until we can speak again, i will stay out your lives"


this person iv been friends with for 18yrs, this is the first MAJOR fall out we have had, im so upset bout not being mates with her at the moment, and im so scared that she says we have to say goodbye, i cant stand saying goodbye to her cos it would be too painful, i woudlnt be able to live without her as my friend.

what should i do? please help im near a mental breakdown!

p.s.in 4 weeks i leave for the other end of the country for my new job, just incase that helps any ideas?!

It would be easier for people to give advice if you actually wrote in sentences.

I think you should try and talk with her. Explain what happened like you've just wrote above and tell her that you didn't mean to call her a 14yr old and that it was because you were stressed out and upset!
Call her up or meet up with her and tell her how much she means to you!!!The sooner the better!
Tell her you don't want to throw your friendship awaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!

and i tried meeting her to talk to her but she doesnt want to talk to me so badly at present she invited all her 14yr old mates along to ignore me. =(
