If it's not Freddie's voice in the high falsetto parts, then it's very close. Also if you listen at 3:50 the talking voice sounds like freddie's. I could be wrong.

It could be some sort of fan mix, because the laughing on the track does sound like the laughing on Roger's "Touch The Sky" track.
