I need some help please, i want to capture scenes from a film on my computer, so i can use it on Windows Movie Maker. I've tried everything and i can't seem to figure out how to do it, it would be a big help if anyone could help me?

Thanks..
EasyMPEG Lite is good and easy to use. When some file isn't compatible with it, I use MpegCut. It's not as good as EasyMPEG, but it's more compatible.

If you just want screenshots, get PowerDVD. :)

You can also (in Fullscreen mode) you can just hold down ctrl and hit the [Prt Scr] button at the top right on your keyboard, then open up paint or something and paste it. Hope this helps?
or if your computer has a program like "windvd", you play the dvd and theres a camera symbol where you take pics where you want

movie maker does it aswell

I remember trying this once and it didn't work for me while trying to import shots from a DVD into Photoshop.

I have Power DVD II, and there's a button that allows you to take shots of the screen and paste them to any program like Paint or Photoshop.

No, do NOT take that pic out, it's pretty.
And if for some reason you do, then do NOT post your own pic. I'm begging, Begg. XD

theres a promgram i had which i got off the internet, where you could select say: -

"catpure between 34mins and 45 mins"

and it would capture the section in that time frame, however big or small, i did it to capture some of ROTC, cant remember what is called though. some sort of DVD ripper

Take your digital camera en make a photo of your computerscreen. It's primitive yes, but it has the same effect.
