There is a sticky topic about the hub in the Announce forum. There is also some information about the hub in the Frequently Asked Questions section which you find in the scroll down menu "Library" on top of this page.
you can choose "show all torrents" on top of the Announce forum but it's a bit messy. Maybe you can make Serry or KillerKing840 guide you through it.
