Sorry, can't do it. For one thing, what you have uploaded may be a bootleg, but if so, it's probably a bootleg of the Final Live in Japan DVD, which is official material, even if only released in Japan. It also has copy protection on it, which creates silences between tracks, when an attempt is made to duplicate the material. These are the 'pauses' you are referring to. This is not an editable 'break', but is actually a 'missing' segment, which is caused by the copy protection on the original source. Sure, you might be able to cut out the 'missing' part, but it would be like a 'jump' and would sound shit. I don't have the software to get round this, and even if I did, I don't think it's something we could upload on here, as it would be classed as official, and therefore forbidden.
If you want the official version of this, and not a copied version with gaps between the tracks, Final Live in Japan is still available on DVD from the link below, or you may wish to search other online retailers, such as Amazon.jp, and HMV.co.jp.
Long ago, I made a somewhat rough mix of the non-recognizable transitions between the Now I'm Here medley of songs from "Live in Japan" (I believe a different release from "Final Live", but I can't remember.)
