It sais is Bono and a friend and I certainly know that isn't Bono. He is some guy from Frankie goes to Hollywood, but I was wondering if anybody knows who the "blonde" one is

The blonde chap is singer Belouis Some, who had a big hit over here in the UK with a song called "Imagination". The other chap is Mark O'Toole from Frankie Goes To Hollywood as you correctly said. :o)
