It's the YV encoded one with the numbers across the top... I also just noticed that I repeated the same mistakes that were in the original post and were corrected later in that thread (eg that this is the Pavillon de Paris, not the Hippodrome...) - sorry about that! Anyway, all I know is what was in the original post.
