Brian won't be pissed off. As a qualified astronomer, he is the first to say that Pluto doesn't match the old "definition" of a planet.
Too bad this important topic, like all the others, becomes a bunch of children spamming. We need a separate section for this crap. Childish chatting in MSN lingo should not be part of the personal section. We need a section to talk about non-Queen things, free from the spamming.

It feels like yesterday that I was watching Cassini bugger off to Saturn, thinking "screw that, 2005 is too far away". I guess I'll just have to forget about New Horizons, it's going to take so damn long...
I'm dying to see Pluto properly. There's only so much Hubble can tell us, really. I think more visiting probes should deposit landing mini-probes, like Galileo and Cassini did. That view of Titan's surface was frigging awesome - I want to see more of the outer moons surfaces. I'd actually like to see how well a probe would hold up to being chucked on, say, Europa or Io.
But anyway. Rock on astronomy I guess.
