FLA is another extension for FLAC, just manually
change each song file from .FLA to .FLAC (see my post just above my SSOR fixed post in this thread).

I don't remember who - because I stop swap live recordings - but someone 2 years ago send me lossless copy audio rip from this 'excellent' quality video (sometimes wrongly called "master tape"). When I get a time I will uploud this by mediafire if some people will be wanted.

ok, quick sample (wav file to quick recognize) of that what I mentioned above. I think looks better then audio riped from dvd from this topic because come from vhs probably. Frequency analyze show that is cut about 20.5 kHz so acceptable and looks lossless for my eys:
