Does anyone remember The Crystal Maze?
I do and it was a pretty good show
Richard O'Brien was definitely the best host out of the two that there was
My favourite zone was Futuristic
My favourite episode would have to be the one where three members of the team are locked in and the team only have four crystals which means twenty seconds of time in the Crystal Dome
The team decided to buy out the three members but that meant that they were left with just one crystal which was only five seconds in the Dome
They only got 10 gold tokens and and whatever number of silver tokens. Richard was laughing because there was only one crystal on the table.

I watch this most weekdays. Richard O'Brien was just right for this type of show in my opinion, he added atmosphere and energy.
Great show. Both Richard O'Brien and Ed Tudor Pole were great, but for different reasons.

I use to love that!
Richard O'Brien is a genius (especially after writing The Rocky Horror Picture Show)
The downfall of The Crystal Maze is that you go through all those challenges, get yourself puffed out, soaking wet, etc..... and if you're crap at catching gold tokens then you go home with a bit of cut glass they call a "Crystal".
Even if they did win... their prizes were rubbish.
Richard - "And you win a fantastic day of wine-tasting just down the road from where you live"
What's wrong with a fortnights holiday in Barbados?
Madness!
