I heard about that today. It makes me very sad that such a strong Australian icon has died. He's done some crazy stuff, but he really will be missed.

It doesn't bother me so much that he's gone and offed himself - he knew the risks. I'm actually thinking more about the fact he's gone and widowed/orphaned his family with this stupid behaviour.
I just hope the cameras were rolling; if nothing else, his death should be a warning to people *not to dick around with animals that can kill you*.
