Sorry i am kind of confused. FM & Jacko recorded some tracks including 'more than life' before the 'Thriller' album, but when exactly was this track recorded with MJ on vocals? I thought this track was recorded in 84 or 85? Please respond.
Hello you rock and rollers!
I'm just reading Peter Freestone's book and I think he said it was recorded in 1983 when Queen were in LA recording The Works.

Cheers.

But i thought FM & MJ had their sessions in 1981/82??
Hello you rock and rollers!
Nope.

Then why did Freddie once say in an interview that he would have been on MJ's Thriller album if the tracks were finished?
Hello you rock and rollers!
No, he said that HE could be on THRILLER, as it seems that Michael Jackson invited him - but he was not referring to those tracks, recorded in 1983.

Nevertheless, 'There Must Be More To Life Than This' first emerged during the HOT SPACE Sessions in 1981 (as Greg Brook states in THE SOLO COLLECTION book).

So then it was around in 1981 then?

There is not a need to be rude, i know what you said.
Hello you rock and rollers!
I was not being rude - not at all, really. I answered your question and more. It is just that there was no need to answer it again.

Hi,

I was wondering if this song was circulating in good quality ?

Coz the one I have is kinda lousy.
