Looks like the demo version on the "Hints Of Innuendo" teaser-tape. What is there to say? Freddie sounds terrible that day, singing out of key and sounding seriously ill. It's a really sad look at how bad he already was when the Innuendo-album was being recorded.
Not Plutus but Apollo rules Parnassus
It´s different from the hints of Innuendo ! it last about 4 min.
Then it's probably the 4:12 version; very similar to the album version, but with some ad-libbed vocals.

Thanks for that! I didn't have it yet

I've found some info on www.queenvault.com

Delilah (Demo Version) 4:16
Written by Queen
Appears on: Unreleased
A simple demo that is really the full version of the promo found on the Hints Of Innuendo promo tape. Instrumentation is similar to what is heard on the final album. Freddie's vocals are multitracked and vocals/lyrics are very incomplete in places. Very similar to the style of other Freddie demos found on the Freddie Mercury Collection boxset.

Well, this is the original demo recorded just by Freddie and David Richards at Montreux Mountain Studios in middle 1990.

'Delilah' was always mentioned as the first track that was recorded (as a demo) for Innuendo album, album have started to recorded in March 1989, so I'm afraid it can't be from middle 1990, but much early. By the way, I think it's impossible that Freddie still had "incomplete lyrics" for this track in middle of 1990...
