P.s. Just found out something in our profiles... Interesting: we are apparently the only QZ'ers that like Zappa. Do you think it is a coincidense that all three of us mention Freddie as our fav member and Queen II as fav record? :-D
I must admit that I'm a fan of Zappa, though I haven't listened closely to WOIIFTM. I'm a fan more of the mid- to late-70s Zappa when he became more polished - Apostrophe (') and Zoot Allures are two of my favorite albums that he did. The instrumental title track of Apostrophe is absolutely killer.

I believe we are blessed with the gift of sensitive ears ;) We enjoy the producing aspect of albums

Zoot Allures is a good one, i'm obssesed (i forgot how write it hehe) with Zappa big band era, so his Jazz period, "My guitar wans to kill your mama" has a great guitar riff, he was a genius, Black Napkins yeah!
Loser in the end!!!
I'm a little pimp with my hair gassed back
Pair a khaki pants with my shoe shined black

Got a little lady ... walk the street
Tellin' all the boy that she cain't be beat

Twenny dollah bill ( I can set you straight )
Meet me onna corner boy'n don't be late

Man in a suit with a bow-tie neck
Wanna buy a grunt with a third party check

Standin' onna porch of the Lido Hotel
Floozies in the lobby love the way I sell:

HOT MEAT
HOT RATS
HOT CATS
HOT RITZ
HOT ROOTS
HOT SOOTS
HOT ZITZ
HOT MEAT
HOT RATS
HOT CATS
HOT ZITZ
HOT ROOTS
HOT SOOTS

Hey old friend, I actually got a total of 43 new Zappa CDs from a college professor(for $20!). I am loving Uncle Meat,Apostraphe,You Are What You Is,Sheik Yerbouti,Abolustly Free,Shut Up And Play Yer Guitar and Waka/Jawaka at the moment. I got so many more to go though!. Thanks for all the help, I really am enjoying the musical genious which is Zappa!
Forgot to mention I got Zoot Allures on vinyl(and as part of the 43 CDs as well) along with overnite sensation and One size fits all. Seems like we all like the same albums now ;)
Wow! That's amazing! That professor sold all his original cd's to you for that price?! Talking about great deals!! :-D

Nice to hear you found the pleasure I hoped you'd find in the albums I pointed out ;-)

Had a nice deal as well last week: I bought a couple of old vinyl bootlegs for a realy good price.

You still realy need to get that Baby Snakes DVD, though! ;-)
