nicknames

when i was in elementary school, they used to make us listen to these audio tapes about this spirit thing named "X" who would travel into different people's bodies...supposed to teach us about tolerance, but we were just like, "whoa, it can be a girl OR a boy!!!" mind-blowing stuff. like acid for 8-year-olds.

Xavier, have you got a machine-thingy named "Cerebro" ? Because, then, I might be afraid of you...

and lou.

All have an interesting story behind them

If I was a boy I'd have been called Jamie! But when mum was pregnant with me and unsure of my sex she nicknamed me Eddie!
... And when she was preggers with my lil' sis, she called the baby foetus FREDDIE!
Damn was I annoyed she didn't nickname me Freddie?!
