ehm, wasn't I'm Going Slightly Mad released as a video anyway? (ok: it's in b/w)

and the "backstage" footage of the pinquin accident was anyway already released by Queen Productions in colour ... I just showed some extra footage from a different angle ...

I don't see any private life video here. Just some extra footage from a video clip, and a behind the scenes footage that he have partialy seen before.
