Where do you think you would be now if you never got into Queen?

Listening to tastless music! Namely things like Girls Aloud and all the other shit we have

Queen taught me more about music, and Queen makes me happy. So I guess I would be unhappy and ignorant in music. Probably would have a lot more money though, for not buying all those albums...ah well who needs money when I have Queen.

I'd still be madly obsessed with the Beatles.

I don't even want to know ! I listened to Dream Street the same year I discovered Queen, but you can't really slaughter me because I was...11.

I'd have never watched Wayne's World, never leading me to watch the sequel, meaning I'd never hear Shut Up And Dance (because me dad HATES that song), and I'd never get into Aerosmith (the BEST band in the world EVER!), meaning I'd me screwed music-wise. Oh yeah, then my room'd be pretty empty... ^^;;;

I'd be a sad sack listening to the crap that's played on the radio nowdays (heaven forbid), and like the post above, my room too would be pretty empty.

Mmmm, interesting question.

Queen has had such a huge inflence in my life...I really dunno, but surely I would have not chosen my second career ,and therefore I would have not met the extraordinary people I have bumped into through the years; and most important, I would have not enjoyed their magnificent musical ideas.

Fortunately they were and they still are a vital part of my life.

i would be listening to Simple Plan, Yellowcard....the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory soundtrack.......stuff from today!! *shiver* if Bohemian Rhapsody were a person, i would MARRY it for saving me and shedding the light we know as Queen on me....i wouldnt have quite as many friends..i have bonded with several pple over Queen...my parents wouldn't think im weird...i would be going as something lame for Halloween...i would have been spared a million less tears over Freddie Mercury...

Take a beautiful Minnesota October day. Drive to the A&W rootbeer stand. Order a large rootbeer float that comes in the frosty mug with vanilla soft-serve billowing high above the rim and sending melting rivulets of ice cream down the outside of the glass that drip on your clothes and on the car insides. Slowly sip and spoon away, and see the tiny ice cream crystals that float in the glass because the ice cream and the rootbeer are so delightfully cold. Squirt a small amount of mustard on each of the eight, hot, corn dog nuggets that steam and slightly burn your tongue as you bite into them. Crank The Miracle cd up as loud as you can stand it, feel the car shake, and let that wonderful Queen sound fill your every pore. Life is good! It doesn't get much better than this.
