I was just wondering, how do you quote someone, with the whole little white box thing? I'm sorry for sounding stupid, I just can't work it out.

There are three little pictures (little clipart icons) in each message. Do you see them? They are in a row to the right of the date and time of each message. These pictures can be clicked on. Click on the one that has little quote marks on it.
Then the message you are quoting will appear in a box. Go to the bottom of that box (sometimes you have to scroll down). Then start your typing after the end of what the other person said.
When you are finished, hit the "post message" button. You can practice on this message if you like.
