Seagull was performed live several times in the first part of the QUEEN+Paul Rodgers European Tour 2005. If you have it from an audience recording, it is OK. But the EUROPE LIVE downloads at http://www.QUEENOnLine.com and the tracks from the US promo CD5 'Live From Italy' (which contains Seagull) are considered official.
