Wow! I just watched "I Want To Break Free." So cute (and I got that it was also quite sophisticated). I loved the running with the camera bit. And the close-up 1920's facial expressions, and the silent film aspect. I thought it was very fitting to the music. Maybe even more fitting than the original Queen video concept?

Concept wise..... it was pretty tricky to make, I think it was a tiny bit ambitious. Frankly my handheld camera work wasn't up to it back then (I'm steadier these days). But.. enormous fun, quick to finish. It was a hoot.

Thanks for your feedback, Z (Rev. S. haha) - it is always funny and interesting. I saw your cartoon today - SFCS - the pilot episode. That was pretty funny. The main character reminds me of you!!! Of course, I loved it that he loves himself ("I'm the perfect man") and takes time for himself away from the bridge. Haha. After fighting off aliens everyday he needs to relax a bit. I think you have got some fans there at Youtube! I noticed the numbers and ratings.

I've been chugging through every movie I made since I was 14, basically trying to figure out which ones to upload... I'm probably going to do all of them, bad as they are! Heh.

I saw the TAFE concert today. It sounded very good. I liked the song. It was kind of hypnotic and suspenseful at the same time I think. The crowd seemed to like it! It takes huge amounts of guts to do that sort of thing but you've got the talent to do it. Very cool that you can write and perform an original song.

Unfortunately, I'd been put in a bad headspace during the song before that one (which was a total failure) and our singer turning up very late. I really wasn't in the mood to be playing, hehe.
