Adobe Audition is one of the best programs out there to tinker with. You can download the trial version at adobe.com, and you can buy it (or crack it).
Most of the time the central channel of a stereo track can be removed (or isolated) to suppress the vocals; the opposite can be done to enhance the vocals and suppress the instruments. Not all tracks (especially not all Queen tracks) can be manipulated in this way.
Some artists are easier to use. Fool around with it, and you can get something close to what you want. You won't get it perfect though, so don't say I didn't warn you.

i've just downloaded the trial and installed it. It won't start! When I doubleclick on the icon, a window appears. The window say how many days i've got left and below I can press "Continue Trial" or "Quit". I press "Continue Trial" and a loadingscreen appears in about a half second and then it's closed. Afterwards, nothing happens.
I've tried re-installing the trial but I still got the same problem.
