That said, I don't have the extra tracks Sir GH shared separately (lost them when my hard disk crashed last year) and the link on the first page of this thread no longer works. Bob, could you possibly up them again for us? Thanks so much in advance :))

I've done a merge of both sources, with correcting the speed on this source. It will be up soon
