I know, that these cut-offs can have other reasons than compressing (soundcard, software restrictions etc.), and I would be glad if it were so in this case. Did you do the converting by yourself or did you pass on the files from someone else?
If FLAC files are shared, we all need to be sure about their integrity, otherwise it wouldn't be worth the effort and disc space.
Could you please check the files?
