Legally they can call it Queen. That is the only requirement. It sure as hell isn't the same "Queen" but if they have a legal right to call it Queen I'm not going to trouble myself with worrying about it.

Listening to just the music, they would *know* it was not Queen. If they were blind (hypothetically) and no one had ever told them they were using the Q+PR name (hypothetically speaking, of course) then the name wouldn't be an issue. They'd judge the music on it's own merits (thinking it was either good, or bad).
I merely urge anyone with a brain stem to do the same - judge the music first, then make your pathetic little rants about how much Queen it isn't.
