Someone did leak an acetate though.

There is technically a sleeve of sorts, in that the inner artwork for the album in question had a sleeve for most (all?) tracks in a collage - a lot of them looking like book covers. There was certainly one for No Violins.
P_G is right. No Violins is there. About six or seven tracks have a 'sleeve'.
