Now instead of real people, I get calls from automated voices with the option of speaking to a person.. well that's no fun! I'm not gonna push a button and then verbally abuse some poor sucker. Clever gits aren't they? Then they can always say it's my fault.. I must want more info or I wouldn't push the button!
