A perfect example of how silly the guidelines are around here.
1. It's an interview containing no music, recorded for radio.
2. It was intended to promote (read: free advertising) "The Miracle" album.
3. It was released only as a free bonus disc, with a promo catalog number (read: promotional.. to promote something, given away free to promote something) in one country 14 years ago.
Anyway, do an edit.. cut out the dude sniffing at the beginning and call it a fan mix and it'll be fine. (edit: Heck it might already be one. If it's the same MONO version I mixed a couple years ago and shared, it qualifies. A fan-made mono remix, yeah)

Well, it seems that some people just WANT to break/avoid rules at all cost... What a shame. At least be consistent with yourself and post that 'fanmix' in the right forum.
