There seem to be mixed feelings about 'The Call' here. Some love it, some hate it. I, for one, love it.
"The tri-tone is the Devil's interval, and he demands resolution." - Richard Lloyd
I THINK THIS SONG IS AWSOME!!!
I NEVER HEARD IT BEFORE!!
I HOPE QUEEN+PAUL RODGERS INCLUDE THIS SONG INTO THEIR NEW ALBUM!!
IT COULD BE GREAT!!!
I always loved it. I think the studio version is much better with the french horns and the whole orchestrations around it
"On the first day Pim & Niek created a heavenly occupation. Pim & Niek blessed it and named it 'Loosch'." (Genesis 1:1)
Where can I get the studio version???? Please!!!

Brian May should stick to guitar playing, and background vocals.
Wow, sounds revolutionary! Brian would make a good rapper, too... ;D

I THOUGHT THE EXACT SAME THING!!!!! He sounded close enough to Rapping. :O

Hahahahaha. Urm, where do I begin with this... I like it, but the African's singing backing harmony kind of sucked. Roger was banging the shit out of the drums. One good thing I see. Brian looked hilarious..... Just all that waving about and talking/shouting. Still, I don't dislike it. It's just quite surprising, that's all.

Any ideas when this perfomance was made?
Where can we get a studio version of this. One was never released. I got to ask Brian about this song in march of this year and he said maybe one we would see it. Im sure there is the studio version floating around and not the one that was broadcast on capital gold!

I don't like it.
We love you Mandy!
I love the instrumentation. For all its similarities to The Show Must Go On, I often wonder what the older track would've sounded like with symphonies as opposed to synthesisers.
I love how powerful it sounds. The demo version that was played on UK radio didn't sound very polished - I hope the studio version is better. Can't wait to hear it!
