I often get failed messages in MSN Messenger. That is why I much prefer AOL Instant Messenger, which is probably the premier instant messaging program. However, most people outside of the US tend to use MSN, which I feel is quite inferior a program. But with instant messaging, it doesn't matter how good the program is - all that matters is who is using it. Where I live, everyone seems to be on AIM, so all is well.
