If you use a torrent client called u-torrent,you can by-pass the tracker when its down & connect straight to the seeder.

928 is right... that´s what I did when I shared the Queen and Budapest video. The tracker was down, at least I couldn´t connect to it, for more than 24 hours...

With u-torrent, which is a very good and small torrent programm, you can share and download files "via DHT"... but you have to make sure that the DHT-flag is activated when making a new torrent.

Why aren't there any seeders?

This is from 1990, not from 91...
