Do Not Feed The Trolls

Recently Loretta from QOL posted a link to a very useful article which helps to understand trolls and helps to avoid becoming a victim

The author asks that the article is not copy/pasted, so please click on the link and read the article, it's not very long and easy to understand. I hope this helps a few people here who have a problem with trolls.
