track 12 is from "Action This Day". Listen carefully to the second chorus, in the middle of the song : "Actiooooon this day - freddie "YEAAAAAH" in the background - Actiooooon this night"

This is the same "Yeah".

The OP misspelled the name, it's supposed to be Jon Stewart of The Daily Show With Jon Stewart fame:

I'd like to know just how much David Richards got paid for his fine work on tracks 12-13.

Track 13 is supposed to reflect his passing, his one way trip to heaven. During this 'song' you can remember him by.

is it true that track 12 was meant to be included to it's a beautiful day (reprise) or track 13 but something went wrong with the production?

Thats sounds pretty plausible to me.
