Anyway, they simply built a slick guitar riff that would fit the words and stuff. Really, their both completly different songs. The only thing that is similar between the two is that the words are the same.

The "fast electric" version is the original. The "stomp & clap" dates to a little after that one.
and the fast electric version intro is very similar to the outro on the slow version
Nothing beats the BBC version from 77. The ULTIMATE version as far as I'm concerned. GREAT sound on that recording!!!

i honestly think if they had put the fast version on either NOTW or Jazz that woulda helped their sales soar
