That sucks!I know they didn't do it because they recorded it 30,000,000 times in the studio but if they had a machine to echo them like when they did The Prophet's Song live they should have had a machine to project there voices more!

Ah, they should have had some device to project their voices.
Although quite how a "megaphone" (as such a device is often named) would assist in creating 180 part harmonies isn't entirely clear to me.

Nah, they wouldn't use it. Doing so would be decisive evidence that Freddie was, in a former carreer, a nazi-stormtrooper, who liked yelling through bullhorns.
