Bit Torrents

Hi Ive just tried to download a flac file and it says i need to download something off the internet to start downloading can anyone help me and tell me what it is

You must download a torrent client... so far the only working for the queenzone's tracker is Utorrent... download it from http://www.utorrent.com

And then to play the flac files, download the plugin from winamp.
