How does it _not_ make sense? Here, I've developed an exercise for anyone who does not yet understand:
Person A hates Person B due to his race.
Group list: Asian, Black, Hispanic, White, Other
Instructions: Attribute one group to Person A, and another to person B. Do not use the same group twice.

OK, I've thought about it a little more. It makes some kind of sense towards me, but still; it's probably one of the most uncontroversial topics brought up on my mind.
Racism towards Caucasians is just defense of another more commonly degraded or belittled race. I don't want to sound nuts here, but what can you say about a white person anyway? How many times a day do you hear someone crack a joke about white people?
I really don't know. To me it's just too complicated for me to put it into words. Racism is a tender subject for me, and I could forreally go on and on in paragraphs as to why it is.

Alright, I see where you're coming from now. You are saying that minorities have no power of oppression over whites.
However, racism is merely adverse feelings against a race other than your own. You don't have to be in a position of power to be racist.
In fact, degrading white people is a common activity that can even be seen in pop culture media these days, which imply that it is prevalent in minority-populated urban areas.
