RIP Peter.
It's a shame he had so many health problems. 71 isn't *that* old anymore. I just watched him on a first season SNL the other day and he even sang.. with a surprisingly good voice. Seemed like a very sweet man.

Hah, I was justttttttttttttttttt thinking of that.

Also 'Frank Barone?'
...this kettle is boiling over... ...one dump...one turd...two tits...John Deacon... ...one prawn...one shrimp...one clam...one chicken!
Thanks for the great memories, Peter! Young Frankenstein was great, and so was Frank Barone.

He was a truly "sophisticated man about town", and his "Putting On The Ritz" is classic.

His guest shot on The X-Files was brilliant.
Ready Freddie?
yeah his X-Files cameo was fantastic :D

Bless you Peter, I never knew you but I will miss your work desperately sir.
my deepest respect.

I still roll on the floor during the Hackman/Boyle scene in Young Frankenstein and I know I've seen it at least 50 times. At the time, those guys were both classic straightmen, so it made it all the more.

Also, the great Jocko Dundee...
Indeed he was a great talent. He fit into so many different roles. I loved him in Everyone Loves Raymond.

He was only 71 but he looked about 90. Poor guy.

Wo ist das kamerahhhhhhhhhhh!!! NJ!!!
Two degrees to Queen....appearing with DeNiro in 'Taxi Driver'.

One degree to The Beatles....John Lennon was his best man at his wedding.

Just amazing how life can work. Who would have thought that Ed Bradley of '60 Minutes', recently deceased, would be best of friends with Hunter S. Thompson and Jimmy Buffett?

Difficult enough lately to watch 'Young Frankenstein' around Halloween every year. Madeline Kahn and Marty Feldman died way too early. And now Mr. Boyle.

Even my 10 year old was upset by this news. :-(
