I'm sure there are specifics for each individual drug, but I believe it has a lot to do with weight (just like drugs you buy over the counter). And they shouldn't be mixed with alcohol (as far as I know).

Prozac is your friend. And will land you in prison if you abuse it (ie. use it on someone who is not you).
