Yeah, that was Tristan... a brilliant player. I'm very happy to be playing beside him every night.
Btw... one year ago tonight was the Q+PR show in Toronto, at the ACC. Oh, memories!

Awesome! Glad you liked it. The one-liners were all over the place, and I love them.
What happened during bohemian at the end though?? Did tristan's signal drop out or what??
Yeah, there were a few technical issues at the first show... all have been worked out now! Tonight was the first night when his monitors worked for the BoRhap solo. He played it absolutely perfectly. It was beautiful.

It's Sean Kilbride. He's a rock solid drummer. He's also Kim Mitchell's current drummer. Like the other guys in the WWRY band, he has really been around!

Hey bob,
Do you solo on any songs?? What is your favourite song to play?
Also, the guy that played brittany stole the show in my opinion. You can let him know!!

Basically, everything is divided evenly. It'd take too long to say exactly who does what!
The most fun song... hmm, that's a hard one. We always have a good time with FBG, that's for sure. I love the challenge of No-One But You. The dynamics are really key for that song. The soloing back and forth in AKOM is always fun, too.
And yes, Brit rocks! I'll be sure to pass along the message.

Well, prepare yourself because Brian says he´s gonna be there and maybe "do some dust". You´ll be on stage with the man himself!
I want a Flac of that show. ; ))
Take care

Nooooo, there are no guarantees.
Occasionally, Brian has been known to play the BoRhap solo, but as far as I know, that has only happened in London.

"Thank you so much Kevin and Emily for giving us a glimpse of the first preview night of WWRY Toronto. I am excited - I will be there in a few days to see for myself, and hopefully sprinkle some extra magic dust ! This is still development time for the WWRY team, of course, and though the theatre will be full for these preview shows, and it's sometimes a great thing to see a project when it is still 'in process' - an exciting time - we will not be OFFICIALLY open until the 10th April.
You`re my first feedback ... apart from my dear friend Paul Crook, who was a guest of the Band ... So please may we print your impressions ?
Sounds great ! Can't wait.
Cheers

Am i reading too much out of it?
C´mon SirGH, invite him to play. If he gets to talk with you just say something like:
Hey, i heard that sometimes you appear by surprise during BoRhap. Do you want to try it here?- It would be great to see peoples faces!
Then you laugh just a bit, and don´t say anything afterwards. Pure silence!
He will have to fill that silence with something. He will run the experience in his head and probably he will agree with you. Either way, you know this is something he enjoys to do.
Go for it, it will work like magic! Guive it a try.
Take care

This kind of thing isn't my call. I'm a member of the band... not the director!

Brian also played in Spanish WWRY a couple times (mainly BoRhap).
But I don't know if he takes his Red Special with him to other countries if he's there just to attend WWRY? I guess he plays mainly in London because it's his "home".

Cmon, just butter him up a little by saying you've been a big fan of his since American Idol and agree that smokers have rights.
:)
Hope I see you at the afterparty after the show! I read that there is going to be a draw for fans at the official premier to go!
I wish I was sitting in row Q. Just a feeling that maybe they'll give passes to everyone in that row. Gut feeling, nothing more to it.

Haha... well, good luck nonetheless!
I'll probably come to the lobby for a bit after the show, so have a look out for me.
