I have good news for you guys, if anyone is interested i can here post remastere, a little bit better version, removed some strange noise too... i worked quite enough time on it and i can release it if anyone wants...

No, it's not good quality, not at all, but at least it has some improvments from the file we have...
I'm uploading file to rapidshare.com -> this is the best remaster of In My Defence by Freddie Live, you cant get better than this one because it's simply NOT possible to do better job than this...just the software doesent let you to do it anyway...
Btw. who's the original owner of this audio track? if he could provide loseless file maybe we can get some better result!?

i can definitely hear the difference and it's more enjoyable, thanks :)

but you shouldn't have added that reverb, and you should have used a "Gate" instead of the "noise reduction" plug-in......
Maybe a "compressor" later to normalize the file.
anyway it's really hard to do a new mastering without the original tracks.

Bingo! Exactly. It is my hope that these kind of things don't get out there in the trading community. It's just a lie. Remastered indeed! lol

OMG!!! OMG!!! I'm almost gonna cry. His voice is so friggin' great. The range. The humanity. My god. As selfish as it sounds I hate that he couldnt do Queen songs on stage again with his voice in that good of shape.
