Unless I've been implanted with false memories, I believe there's at least one pic of him during the 'Making of A Night at the Opera' DVD, or it could have been one of the TV documentaries about Bo Rhap.. I dunno, but I'm sure I saw him somewhere whilst Brian was saying how great he was and such...

I thought it was liver disease or something alcohol related.
Brian has mentioned drinking in at least one statement about Mike's death.
