Does anyone know anything about them?

I heard about them just because "Wake Up" was played before every U2 concert during the Vertigo tour. The snippets I heard on the official DVD and on bootlegs sounded good and I decided to look for the full song, and I found it on YouTube.

Can anyone suggest me other good songs about them, maybe an album...?

Their album 'Funeral' has some outstanding songs on it.
My favourite is "Rebellion [Lies]" - well worth a listen :]
