The Wallflowers

Hello,

The Wallflowers were the first band I ever got into; and I still listen to them every now and then. Does anybody else like them? I think they have a great sound...it's very refreshing.

All I know from them is 'One Headlight', which was a pretty good song back in late 90s when the mainstream music scene hit it's lowest point.

Seems like they were somewhat of a one hit wonder, though.

Refreshing is the word! My dad likes them, so sometimes I hear them in the car. I never complain...

I prefer Jacob's father, really.

Were they on the Godzilla soundtrack?

Yes, The Wallflowers were on the Godzilla soundtrack. They did a cover version of Heroes by David Bowie. Here is the music video...

This is the song that first got me into the band...it may just be a cover, but they did it really well.
