Yes, it was a worthwhile experience.
that's fucking brilliant
That was mildly disturbing.
Oh boy. Cabbage patch dolls are freeeeaky. I once had one of those eating cabbage patch dolls (I think it was on the news for eating some girls hair...). It freaked me out so bad, I finally shoved a penny down it's throat and almost destroyed it until it started to make a really disturbing noise...not quite as scary as my furby experiences...

I think the doll came with french fries. I heard about the hair-eating thing, too. The dolls were quickly pulled from the market. They are probably worth a fortune now!

OMG I HATE FURBYS
they scare the crap out of me.
but as a child i had bad experiences with robotic dolls and now i wont go near them.
why pay the visit when the visit is free? "this shitty guitar wont play what i want! it only knows three chords!"

My two nieces were in grade school at the time, and we had a lot of fun thinking up things for Little Earl and Cleo to do.

Are there any expert googlers out there? I made a slight attempt to find a picture of the french fry eating cabbage patch doll, but all I found was print - no photos.

You DO have LOTS of time on your hands, obviously, reason being you're, shall I say, pleasantly plump and I'll bet you eat Famous Amos out of the box like handfuls of cereal.
Back whenever

Hah, well it is still in my closet! Do you think it'd be worth much if it's broken? lol. The penny is still somewhere in it's throat. But at least if it did sell, I made it safe. ;)
And I'd be able to sleep easier at night, bahaha (just kidding).

Anyhow, thanks to you I'm actually going to try to sell it on ebay! Maybe I can make some spare change. ;D

Maybe I should make it my life goal to fight evil toys.
