We Will Rock You

Hi!
I just heard the We Will Rock You version by Britney Spears, Pink and Beyoncé. Well, the video is cool, but the music?! Honestly, that's real crap! That's an insult to all the Queen working years. I'm very sad that Brian and Roger did that.
What do you QZoners think about that?

I've never even heard of such a thing! What was it for? It's lovely how Brian May flips out at that kid from American Idol because he tried to change the song up but he'll do a version with a back door hoe and company

Pretty good version, IMHO.

Brian may didnt really flip out on that guy, it was just the way the AI idiots edited the footage. Brian acctualy liked and applauded the guy. If i remember brian was very angry about the way he was portrayed.

As for the Britnay, pink, beyonce thing, it was for a super bowl pepsi commercial a couple years agao wasnt it?

The wortest thing was that Roger was there. He's the man who has a drum and blue clothes. I can't understand why. It's so sad this version have to be there. But i think it is what Queen wanted: everyone knows we will rock you just because of these kind of things.

both roger and brian are in that video. i think its cool how they incorporated them in it.

yes, i just saw brian too, it's just a few seconds when you can see them so i didn't see him at first.

its not the only thing that brian (and roger) had been fucked up with queen.

i wish i could erase some works which they did after freddie and this commerical is one of them.

i never want to imagine brian or roger beside damn singers like those.
