Can anyone tell me what's the business contact mail for: business with the webmaster or with Brian himself (through another person)?

Maybe you should rephrase your question, so that you no longer ask TO BE GIVEN the business mail for Brian's website????

it's for all business topics
For example if you are a caterer and offer service for the tour, if you are a teacher and ask about the use of Queen music in your classes, if you are a journalist and ask for a photo pass or backstage access or anything else. Phil Symes is the person to ask and he may redirect you to someone else if he is not in charge.
