Could someone who downloaded this version way back when help with the lineage?

We can't just create lineage. Only the person who shared it or whoever gave him the copy can know.
Assuming this isn't from a cassette (which is very unlikely), this is the best we can do for now:
"Zoom" Silvers > CDR (x) > WAV > FLAC
Perhaps it is straight from the silvers with no CDR gens, but again, we can't possibly know that at this point.
And it's worth noting that there are actually several versions of the Zoom silvers, with slightly differing sound quality.
