Simply because some people like to collect these as part of their personal 'ultimate collection'.
Why else would I include such under this umbrella?
Besides, if you use the search button for previous years (especially the 1970 eponymous version) you will find that I began this project with a clear set of personal guidelines.
That is not to say my guidelines are correct, after all, this is mainly a cataloguing exercise and I accept that some readers may catalogue in a slightly different manner from my own. However, the main objective remains to distribute as accurate information as possible, and once 'published' leave it up to the individual to ammend, correct or employ that data as they individually see fit.
To write this collection without including live material would in effect be incomplete, and that is NOT what I started out to do, which was to provide a 'complete', user-friendly, all-in-one-place database.
Of course, I would highly recommend anyone who wishes to learn more about Queen live in 2006 to visit Martin's excellent 'Queenconcerts.com' - as he really is the expert in this area. My potted version above is no more than a flavour for collectors of such bootleg material.

Ofcourse, it would be impossible to state which recording would be the best without listening to all available versions, nevertheless, I can assure you that very decent copies do exist 'out there', and that you should spend a little energy searching for these - rather than trying to coax your 'source' with the 'ultimate rarity' in exchange.

Hi.. I never said that there was one sole trader of San Diego or anything. I only wanted to know if you assumed there should be a recording just because it is the most likely thing or if you knew someone who had it. The crowd in San Diego was about 6300 people but your argument still holds.

Infact, I don't think we have ever had a cross-word to say to each other - is that not the case?
I still stand by what I actually wrote, but my anger was not directed at you - and again I am sorry if you feel that it was.

I think it is because the brain accepts what it 'thinks' it means - rather than what is actually written down - but it is great that we can combine talents like this to push the accuracy level up. That is always a good thing in my view.

I understand people wanting to get something good in return from their material, maybe being a bit protective with it but I find this "holy grail" attitude some people attribute to their stuff to be too much. I know collectors who have recordings that I've never seen in others' lists but are very cool about them. They just want someone to offer something else they don't have in return and that seems fair.
I just hope I can get my hands on San Diego 2006 in the near future. If someone else reads this and has it, let me know, I might be able to get something good for you, hehe :).
